Through the Apple Gold Group, franchisee of Applebee Restaurants in North Carolina, Arkansas, and Oklahoma, the Norman High School Soccer Booster Club raised over $1,300 at a recent Flapjack Fundraiser. Breakfast included a short stack of pancakes, sausage, milk, juice and coffee. We sold 200 tickets to the event.
Applebee's provides the restaurant, food, and kitchen staff for your event. Once a date is booked, the group receives a flyer and ticket template for printing. You are responsible for printing, distributing and promoting the event to your supporters as well as selling the tickets.
Breakfasts can be held on Saturday or Sunday mornings and cost the organization around $2 a meal. On the event date, your group will need to provide volunteers to help host the breakfast and serve your guests with assistance from Applebee's employee volunteers.
Getting started is easy. You request a date to sponsor a Flapjack Fundraiser by completing and submitting the Flapjack Fundraiser Event Request form on the Applebee's website (www.AGGrestaurants.com). You then receive an email link with a personalized event flyer and ticket template. This will provide you with everything you need to print tickets and promote the upcoming event.
Afterwards, you will be contacted by a manager from your selected Applebee's restaurant to confirm your Flapjack Fundraiser event. Your school or booster club keeps all of the ticket sales revenue minus $1.85 (plus tax) per person, which you pay Applebee's at the end of your event.
